Connor kept bugging me last night about training. I forgot to train these past few days due to a lot of events. He knocks on my door and shoves me into the bathroom. I cursed at him for doing that but laughing at the same time.

He is one big jerk anyway.

I fixed myself and put on my sportswear; shorts and sports bra but this time, it's a royal blue. It emphasizes how white my skin is. Even though I am training under the sun, it seems that my skin didn't cooperate. I just got sunburns but they eventually healed overnight.

"Finally! You're here.” Connor said

"Do I have a choice, big guy?" I said, sounding irritated. Though I know Connor knows it.

"Enough of being grumpy this morning Lady Adellee, because Alpha Kayden and First Beta Jaxson informed me a while ago that they're joining us here." He looks into my back. "Oh, speaking of the devil.” He said, smirking at me.

I turn around and see two half naked creatures walking towards me. They both look mouthwatering but I find Kayden more attractive. Maybe because of his prestigious aura and totally different person.

"Closed your mouth Lady, bugs will surely stay there if you don't close it." Connor whispered in my ear.

I elbow him on his side and turn to face him. "Will you please remind me again why I'm here?" I said, eyeing him.

"Of course, to train!" He answered.

"Connor." Kayden said

I turn around and greet him. "Good morning, Alpha." I said.

"Good morning. Lady Adellee.” He answers back.

"Morning Lee-Lee." Jaxson said, smiling at me.

"Lee-Lee?" Both Kayden and I said

“Yes! Lee-Lee, short term for Adellee.” He said.

“You've got to be kidding me Jax!" I said while massaging my forehead.

“Oh, come on Lee-Lee. I stopped being such a noble type of guy and became a funny guy, yet you still hate me?" He said faking hurt.

I rolled my eyes and ignored him.

“Connor, what is our agenda today?" Kayden asked, interrupting Jaxson's childishness.

“Sparing today Alpha. You can choose your opponent or you want Lady Adellee to be your partner." Connor said.

“I'll choose a better one. I’ll choose Jaxson.” He said.

"Awww! Why me?" Jaxson complained. 

“I need to know if you're fit to fight and sparing me is a best opportunity to test your ability more. It seems like you’re not yourself these past few days.” Kayden said.

“As you say, Alpha.” Jaxson said.

"How about me, Connor? Who is my partner today." I asked

"I chose someone better. Lexus!” He shouted

A man who looks like Jacob in twilight steps forward. He is so hot in his own way. I eyed him from head to toe. Sexy.

“Good morning. Lady Adellee. I am very pleased to spare with you today." Lexus said.

"The pleasure is mine. I hope Lexus will do better." I said.

Since Kayden and Jaxson are occupying the stage. Lexus and I choose to train in the sand and gravel ring next to them.

We were both stretching when I heard Jaxson shout in pain. Kayden must kick his First Beta’s ass.

"I heard you nailed Mark last time. I hope to have a chance with you.” Lexus said.

I study him, I know his type of a fighter. He is like my brother. Very humble but deadly.

After stretching, we circled each other. Testing and thinking the strategy that we're going to use

I know he is waiting for my moves that's why I fake to hit him in the stomach. He automatically dodged my hand and gave me a smack on the left cheek.

"You're fast and strong." I said

"But you accept my hit without feeling hurt. It's like you anticipated it." He said 

‘Good! He is observing…’

"You can say that." I said before I run at him and hit him in the stomach. I caught him off guard.

He recovers so fast and we exchange punches with each other. He certainly hit me a lot but I damaged him more. He is as fast as I am but he lacks strategy. He is just punching and kicking me.

I caught his right hand which was supposed to hit my face and kneeled him in the stomach and elbowed his face.

He falls on the ground repeatedly, I thought it was the end but when I turn around, he changes into his brown wolf and bites me in the hand. I'm caught off guard. That's why I shouted in pain. I don’t intend to catch any attention but in just a second Kaden is in front of me, throwing Lexus away.

“What the hell is this!” He shouted to Lexus.

The guy already shifted back to his human form and even though I hate him for doing that I still can’t ignore the sight in front of me.

"We are j-just sparing and fighting alpha." Lexus explained.

"You bit her when she turns her back to you? That's stupid! You're a fighter!” He growls in anger. 

“I’m fine! lt's just a trai--”

"No, you"are not fine! You're bleeding. I’ll bring you to the healer." He said cutting me off.

The funny thing is, I'm a healer. But Healers can't heal themselves but we heal faster than others.

Kayden led me inside the pack house and into the other healers clinic. The old woman greets me with pleasure. She is one of the two Healers residing here in SilverMoon pack. Kayden patiently waited until Imelda finished her work and excused herself.

"You need to be ready anytime Adellee. You never turn your back into your enemy." He said.

“Yes, I know. My fault." I said

"Look what happened to you. lf you are in a real fight, you might be dead right now." He said.

"I said I know!! Don't treat me like a baby Kayden. I know your point; I just didn't know that Lexus would do that." I said, getting irritated with him.

"Now you must know. Be alert all the time Adellee. Remember that you will be the next Alpha-Female here. You will be the Luna; you must know how to protect yourself." He said.

"In that case, I don't intend to be a Luna but I don't have a choice. Now, if you'll excuse me... I need to rest and clean myself now." I said ignoring him. “Oh, I remember, I need to ask a favor from you." I remember about the healer.

"Now you want a favor? If that's the case, meet me at my office after lunch and we'll discuss it.” He said.

"Okay thank you.”
