After Jaxson leaves me with my mouth hanging open by his words. I fix the room and read the files on the pack. There are also two healers here that make me feel that they don’t need me.

I remember my pack and realized that now that I'm gone, there will be no healer back there. I need to talk to Kayden about this. I'm afraid that they needed one, a replacement on my behalf.

I called them and told them what's happening here. I told them that I’m fine and I will talk to Kayden about sending one of his healers.

At dinner....

I can’t look at Jaxson directly. He keeps smirking at me that causes me to blush even more. Kayden on the other hand is so quiet. He didn't even touch his food and just left.

Is he not well?

I ignored him for a while and went back to my room. I fix myself, take a shower and change into my pajamas. I almost slammed myself in my bed when a loud knock interrupted me.

I open the door and a very angry Kayden glares at me.

"W-What is it Alpha?" I asked.

"Didn’t I tell you that you're going to sleep in my room Adellee?" Kayden shouted, which made me flinch.

"I-..... uh---" before I can construct any words. Kayden grabbed me by the hand and pulled me into his room. When we entered his room, he slammed it closed.

"Go to bed and sleep!" He ordered.

I obey him not wanting to anger an alpha. They are the worst creatures when they are mad or angry. I crawled into bed and covered myself.

"From now on, you will stay in this room. You will sleep next to me. Do you understand?" He said, laying in the bed at my left side.

"Do I have any say with this?" I snap back.

"No! And stop flirting with my First Beta. You're mine by the contract so act as if you are." He said.

Am I hallucinating or he just sounded jealous? I chose the first one. Hallucinating,

I closed my eyes but my heart started to beat faster. I can feel the heat coming from Kayden and I know he's still awake. I can sense that he is staring at my back. I cuddle the pillow next to me.

Suddenly I feel that he has somehow fallen asleep. I turn around and start to look at his face. He looks peaceful and angelic while sleeping. He has long eye lashes and kissable lips.

‘What the heck Adellee?’ I asked myself.

I turn and cuddle my pillow again. This time I drifted to sleep but not long enough, I felt Kayden arm around my waist.

I slowly put his arm off me but he pulls me closer to him. ‘What a cuddle devil you are!’ I shouted to myself.

I try to escape again but this time, he puts his one leg on my thigh and hugs me closer to him while breathing on my neck. I can feel little sparks all over my body and I started to panic. This is new to me.

‘My goodness! Kayden!’ I shouted inside my mind. For the first time I can smell his scent. It's addictive and very relaxing. He smells like early forest scent and vanilla. I don’t have a wolf so I can’t smell any wolf scent. But this one is so strong.

I don’t know what's happening to me but for now, I will just let this cuddle devil cuddle me. 

After a few minutes I drifted back to sleep.

I woke up feeling that someone was carefully shaking my shoulder.

"Lady Adelle, your breakfast is ready. Alpha told me to bring your food here and wait until you finish eating." She said, putting the food on the table near the bed

"Thank you, Carrie. Did you eat already?" I asked

“A-Hmmm I can’t until you finish your food my Lady." She said.

I smile back at her. "Come and eat with me. This food is too much for me." I said.

“NO! I-I mean, I can’t. Servants and omegas can’t eat with high-ranking wolves." She said.

“Being an omega doesn’t mean that you can’t be friends with me. But since you said I outrank you, then sit here and eat with me. That’s an order." I said.

"B-But Lady Adellee, Al----"

I cut her. "I said eat with me Carrie!”

She hurriedly sat on the chair beside me and started to eat. I smiled at her. Omegas don’t deserve this kind of treatment. They are part of the pack too. Servants or not, they need to be treated equally in this pack. I will talk to Kayden about this too.

We were half on our food when Kayden graced us with his not welcome presence.

"Oh, Hi Alpha Kayden. You want to join us?”

What did I tell you Carrie? I told you to give her food, not eat with her." He shouted. Carrie stumbled back on her chair and stood up.

“I’m sorry Alpha. It will not happen again." She said almost crying.

"Hey, what's happening here? I'm here." I said putting a piece of bacon in my mouth.

“She’s not supposed to eat with you." Kayden said.

"Don’t shout at my friend like that Alpha. I ordered her to eat with me." I said standing and moving in front of him.

"Friend? Are you insane? She's a servant!" Kayden said.

"So what? Carrie is my friend; I want her to eat with me and I will make her my nurse." I said back to him. Realizing that I need someone to assist me in my clinic.

"Are you insane?” Kayden said.

"Insane? Should I ask you the same question? This girl is an omega, check. But.... it doesn’t make her any less wolf. She deserves to be treated fair like others." I said.

"This is SilverMoon not SnowMoon Adellee. I am the alpha here and you on the other hand is my so-called Luna on the day we make our vows. You can’t tell me what to do with my pack. We don’t use pity here." He said.

I step forward more. "Being unreasonable and stepping on the small ones will not make you any better Alpha Kayden. You are supposed to help them and protect your pack, not treat the omegas so low because they have no rank in this pack." I answer back.

He clenched his teeth and turned around. Slamming the door closed.

"Ahmmmm Lady Adellee, should I leave you for a while." Carrie said.

"Yes please. Take the food and I’lI see you in my clinic. I will need your assistance there." I said smiling back to him 

"Thank you, Lady Adellee.” She said before leaving the room.

Cuddles turn to fight! Great!
